When you feel like you have lost your way, go back to the basics at the beginning of your day. Focus on the words of Joy, Gratitude, Praise and love. If you make a concerted effort to do this simple act, then be sure that the power behind these words will not lead you astray! Words have power. When you refocus on what gives you great joy, be it a person, place of thing, then you return to the path that aligns with your heart and that very thought will rejuvenate your spirit. If you embrace your blessings in spite of what you perceive to be taking you to a dark place, that attitude of gratitude will save you in times of despair and your greatest need. If you begin to give praise to the divine, pure authentic praise, for the good that does exist in your life by stepping outside your gloom to allow love to bloom, you have started a ripple effect that will carry you so far. But most of all when you surrender to love, you will begin to spread that beauty to others by becoming a bright incredible light in this world. So Refocus on Joy, Embrace with Gratitude, Give Praise, and Surrender to Love. This word formula will start to take you from the darkness into the light, just one small step at a time if you allow it. And soon enough, you will discover the joy that is your life, and that joy will show you that you are here on purpose with a great purpose. The sooner you shift the better because then you get to share your inner beautiful essence with us all! And with that I stand in gratitude and thank you in advance.
