Dare mighty things!

“Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that know neither victory nor defeat.”

Theodore Roosevelt

There are times in life when the world can seem very overwhelming and the unknown very bewildering. When these challenges present themselves, you need to make a commitment to dare mighty things and forge ahead. Even if you make some mistakes along the way, embrace and learn from them so that you can use the wisdom to progress in a conscious manner. You need to understand that it is progress not perfection that you are looking for. As Charles Darwin has said so astutely, “It is not the strongest of species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” So, when you shift perspective to accept and surrender to change, you will receive the gifts of strength and perseverance there too. If you want to live your greatest life experience, then playing it safe can never be an option. You want to have no regrets when you take your last breath so pay attention to the messages that you receive daily. Follow your intuition so you know when it is time to act and when it is time to be still.   Learn to bend like a palm tree, or you will end up breaking like an oak in a heavy storm. And as a palm, you will stand strong, persevere and never run the risk of living in the gray twilight slowly fading away. Dare mighty things, stop playing it safe and pay attention to the gifts and opportunities life presents you!
