Welcome to the year of shining your light for the world to see! When you follow your dreams and shoot higher than you believe is possible, what ensues thereafter is a change in your definition as to what you believe is possible. When you go within and tap into that light source that emanates from your beautiful heart, then you start to glow because you chose to do so. Then, what happens is that your light becomes a beacon in a world that believes darkness is all that there is. Then you can turn to the left and right and share your flame with another, passing on the light for the world to benefit from it. You be the dreamer! You stretch past your own limitations! You get in touch with where your heart is taking you! You do what makes sense so that you can follow your bliss on whatever path appears for your journey! The bottom line is that you will learn by living! So stop worrying that you are doing what’s right by other people’s standards and start living knowing that as you go you will do what is right for you! When asked why you do what you do, say to them as inspired by my friend’s 90 year old nana, “Hey it’s 2014 and I am alive.” It is as simple as that! So hey it’s 2014, if you are reading this, you are alive and the world is waiting for you to be your brilliant self, shining your light, love and happiness for all to see so that others get a glimpse of how brilliant they too can be. This life is not a race, it is a privilege. Honor that privilege with your unique beauty within and protect it, for as Eleanor Roosevelt wisely said “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” The only consent that you must give is to allow yourself to ask the universe for countless blessings, believe you will receive them, and in gratitude for what comes your way, shine your amazing light for all to see. Then perhaps the light will be contagious and the ripple effect of this positive force will travel far and wide This is the kind of revolution of light that I would like to see in 2014. Each of us honoring our spirit of truth! Sounds good to me-shine on, shoot high and dream on!
