Ok-Time to Breathe!
Funny that this has to be a reminder at times. As a baby, because I was born healthy, it was the first thing that I did. I took my first breath and filled up my lungs with life for the first time outside of the womb.
As an adult, I cannot tell you how many times I hold my breath as I move around my world. Never fully taking in what I need to sustain a healthy balanced existence. Now it is time to breathe!
What is it going to take to relearn the basics? Breathe in all that is good, breathe out what holds me down. Breathe in the light within that is there supporting me everyday. Breathe out as I let go of any built up stress. The Breath. It is the basis of a healthy mindset as I travel into a brand new year. Breath in and stop beating myself up, breathe out as I celebrate what I did courageously this past year, breathe in as I get better sleep, breathe out and surround myself with an entourage of love. You don’t always need a plan. Just remember to breathe in trust, breathe out and let go-see what happens…
