Look at life in a state of awed admiration – Wonderment!

As I go about my day, I am often amazed at what would seem to be random events or coincidences that occur. However, because I am a true believer in the Jungian notion of synchronicity, I don’t believe in coincidences per se, as I often look for the greater message or the meaning that comes from those particular life events that occur together. As many of my friends know I am also a true believer in the concept that everything happens for a reason. People come into my life at certain times for a reason, things happen in my life at certain times for a reason, and doors open or close for me to opportunities for a reason. When I look at life both as synchronistic, meaningful, and happening for a reason, it is there that I acknowledge that the magic lies. Then, I stand in awed admiration and with respect as to the beauty that each day holds for each of us- I stand in a state of wonderment. And in this state, yes I do believe in the rainbow and myriad of delightful colors that paint my world with joy. I do believe that laughter is preferred over tears and if it burns calories than even better. I do believe that kisses and hugs are the best way to take on the world. And for the Italians, one kiss on one cheek and for good measure another kiss on the other. I believe that we have a hidden strength that lies at our core that allows us to keep moving forward despite the obstacles that may stand in our way. I believe that when we choose to be happy in life, then the sunshine and joy becomes internal to our being, independent of external triggers. And, when I wake up in the morning to face another day I am grateful because I know that good things are on the way. I know that the divine will send me meaningful messages to either encourage me to proceed on the path that I have chosen or spark a fire under which my intuition will prod me to go another way. And, when I choose to follow my passion and dreams, I will be conscious of that fact that each day can be filled with miracles as I discover and learn more. As I smile to myself at the outwardly random events that cross my path, I know all along that each occurrence is happening for a reason and for my highest good. And when I shift to this state of wonderment once again, I can only then fully appreciate the beauty that is offered to me in so many different ways on so many different levels. Oh and yes, I choose to believe in people and concepts that stand for something important that can lead me to a more authentic life. Yes, my friends, important things that make me smile, like the color pink! Keep your eyes open in wonderment- life has so much more meaning than we even know!
