One thing is certain; we do not know what the future holds. This quote today is a good reminder to be present in my connections to others on a daily basis. If I want those connections to be life changing in a positive way, then I decide to choose what kind of energy I will bring to my interactions with others; will I bring today loving kindness? It is our choice. And if your energy can bring care, kindness and understanding to others, we all won’t ever be the same again.
