One thing is certain; we do not know what the future holds. This quote today is a good reminder to be present in our connections to others on a daily basis. If I want those connections to be life changing in a positive way, then I decide to choose what kind of energy I will bring to my interactions with others; will I bring today loving kindness? It is our choice. And if our energy can bring care, kindness and understanding to others, we all won’t ever be the same again. For in the end, only kindness matters, because that is where love lives!
