It’s November and the month to remember what you are grateful for. Attitude of gratitude for the beautiful people that have blessed my life. DO a gratitude challenge- look for 5 things everyday for which you are grateful and write it down! it will change your life! Mantra- remember being grateful for your life sends out a high frequency that attracts more things to be grateful about. Today’s 5 attitude of gratitudes: 1. Gorgeous weather in Miami, Florida 2. My beautiful dogs Luciana and Leo 3. My relationship with my beautiful and talented sisters Mary Scanlon and Aimee Nocero 4. My rediscovered creative self 5. And as Teda Melero said zumba- I love to dance and shake it!!!
