I am a huge proponent of an attitude of gratitude. Whenever I am in a rut, I do my best to look at all my blessings to turn my perspective around. The same thing applies to realizing my dreams. When I am stuck or frustrated that something that I have hoped and wished for is not materializing despite my efforts, then I consciously stop myself from spiraling into a great abyss of negativity. These are the times where I need an “attitude check” . These are the times when I need to take a long hard look at myself in the mirror and truly acknowledge my victories and successes rather than what is lacking in my life. A tremendous tool for me is to repeat my affirmations about what I know to be true about my life and reassert an incredible belief in my ability to persevere no matter what comes my way. And coupled with my affirmations, I add in incredible and powerful visualizations of the amazing things that I am accomplishing and will realize in my future when I put my mind to it. And, like magic, the shift in my attitude to one of positive possibility turns on the lights in my own mind and allows me to shine once again and empower the connections with others as well. The connections that arise through refocusing your dreams are nothing short than miraculous. Putting out your positive and powerful intentions to the universe immediately impacts your present moment and the future as well. When you become conscious of your feelings and assist with changing your thought processes that surround them, you will see people appearing to assist you and doors opening to move you forward. It can start in a moment. you just have to pay attention and change your expectations as to how the divine responds. Go to the mirror, look at that beautiful soul staring back at you, believe that you are here on purpose, and reaffirm that you are worthy. Then move into your life once again with a renewed sense of being plugged into the potential of the energy that surrounds you on a daily basis. Do not be surprise that the world will respond to your hopes and wishes like never before. This magical attitude and reconnection to your dreams will have you standing in awe and delight as the serendipitous opportunities are magically revealed before your eyes! And when that happens don’t forget your attitude of gratitude for that too!
