Ok, so you say, “everything I desire is there waiting for me. Everything I have prepared for is about to unfold to help me run free. And of course, I understand what I seek is seeking me, but I can’t catch my breath – how will I be able to see. I feel overwhelmed if truth be told, it is starting to feel like a bill of goods I have been sold.” Stop then, if you are not sure that you will enjoy the rewards of what you sow. If you are so tired, it is okay to rest and rejuvenate a little longer before you press go. YES! This is not a race to check off the things you place on your list. This is your life, one moment at a time. And, it’s important to take a break, so don’t resist. Self-care is so vital. You intuitively know what is best. Go at your own pace. In addition to the external world, focus on your internal world and decompress. Get in touch with your body and your soul. Figure out what you need, then rock n’ roll. If your mind is a bit cluttered, take a time-out to get clarity. Be patient and mindful, this time to reconnect is a form of charity. Then, when you are bright and shiny after reengaging with you, bring it on universe – together you’ll know what to do.
